  • Landowner Verification Bottleneck: Each transaction initiated on Ardhisasa currently requires verification and confirmation directly from the landowner, which can introduce delays in the overall application processing times.
  • Professional Body System Downtime: Intermittent downtime or technical issues within the systems of professional bodies can slow down the process of upgrading individual accounts to professional user profiles.
